Dental Radiology Certification
We take the NC Dental State Board compliances very seriously so we love helping individuals get in order with what the state requires. Our dental radiology course focuses on equipping dental assistants with the skills and knowledge needed to safely & effectively take and interpret dental X-rays in the state of North Carolina. This course a 21 course & NC Dental Board Examiners approved course. Also - available both in person & online through our Virtual Learning Academy.
Coronal Polishing Certification
This is a special course instructed by an official RDH, the wonderful Ms. Stacey Perry. The Coronal Polishing course enhances a dental assistant’s skills in removing plaque and stains from teeth surfaces, improving both oral hygiene and aesthetics. This hands-on course emphasizes proper techniques, safety precautions, and the importance of maintaining patient comfort. This is a one day, in person, hybrid (lecture and hands on) experience.
Nitrous Oxide Certification
The Nitrous Oxide course trains dental assistants to monitor and manage nitrous oxide sedation during dental procedures. Students will learn about the administration process, safety protocols, and patient communication, enabling them to provide a comfortable and secure experience for patients.
Having this certificate gives your profile more attraction, in all specialties, especially pediatrics and oral surgery.
CPR/AED Certification
Dental radiology focuses on equipping dental assistants with the skills and knowledge needed to safely and effectively take and interpret dental X-rays. This course covers radiation safety, proper equipment handling, and image processing to ensure diagnostic accuracy while protecting patients and staff.
Virtual Learning

Boot Camp - Refresher Course
We host a boot camp event several times a year to help reset and refresh your dental assistant skills. This is a perfect course for dental assistants of all levels: DA 1's, DA ll's, CDA. Maybe you've been out the field for a while, this is for you to get your confidence where it needs to be for successful and satisfactory employment placement. This course usually incudes a set of scrub unforms and lunch.
